Chronic diseases contribute to more than 80% of fatalities in the country.
Coupled with strong governmental backing for advancements in digital healthcare and artificial intelligence, China is rapidly emerging as one of the fastest-growing markets for medical technology worldwide. According to the WEF, this unique blend of extensive scale, policy encouragement, and solid digital infrastructure enables successful healthcare innovations to transition from pilot projects to widespread implementation much more swiftly than in many other nations.
