At the 2025 Icons of Porsche Festival, held at The Slab in Dubai on November 22, 2025, Porsche announced a significant five-year partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), valued at 1.25 billion euros (approximately $1.46 billion), focused on advancing artificial intelligence initiatives.
As part of this agreement, TCS will take over Porsche's IT consulting division, MHP, in a transaction worth 320 million euros. This strategic move is designed to integrate Porsche's deep automotive knowledge with TCS's robust digital and AI expertise. Michael Leiters, Porsche's chairman, emphasized in the announcement that this collaboration aims to enhance the carmaker's innovation, operational efficiency, and competitiveness in an era that increasingly prioritizes data and software in mobility solutions.
This partnership comes on the heels of TCS securing a range of AI-driven business transformation agreements throughout the year. The company reported an annualized revenue of $2.6 billion from AI activities in the June quarter, reflecting a 13.6% increase compared to the previous quarter.
