The fundraising momentum at Israeli startup Wonderful shows no signs of diminishing. This innovative company has created an operating system tailored for enterprise AI and has successfully secured around $550 million in a Series C funding round, achieving a remarkable valuation of roughly $5 billion. This latest influx of capital comprises the $550 million raised as well as an additional $170 million generated through a secondary transaction, during which shares were sold by early investors and employees who had previously supported the company.

Originally, Wonderful launched its services in various countries, including Israel, catering to the development of AI agents for different organizations. Over time, the company’s technology has expanded, evolving from merely voice and operational agents to encompass a range of multidisciplinary agents and software development systems.

The sheer magnitude of this funding round is noteworthy, as is the rapid rise in the company’s valuation. Just six months prior, Wonderful had raised $150 million with a valuation of $2 billion. Since its inception in early 2025, Wonderful has accumulated over $800 million in funding.

Insight Partners spearheaded this latest funding round, joined by notable participants such as Salesforce and existing investors like Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Currently, Wonderful boasts an estimated annual revenue run rate of $70 million, and projections indicate that it could exceed $100 million by year-end.

The newly acquired funds will be directed toward global expansion efforts and further enhancement of its enterprise AI operating system, all aimed at addressing the increasing demand from larger organizations.

Since its previous round of funding in March 2026, Wonderful has made significant strides, entering over 35 global markets and expanding its workforce to about 650 employees, with nearly half based in Israel. The company has also enriched its platform's capabilities, which are designed to automate comprehensive business processes through AI.

Founded in early 2025 by Bar Winkler, the CEO, and Roey Lalazar, the CTO, Wonderful has a strong foundation. Winkler is recognized for his earlier venture, Approve.com, an automated payment management platform acquired by Tipalti in 2021, while Lalazar previously launched Kaps, an AI-driven localization platform.

Wonderful positions its product as a comprehensive operating system for enterprise AI, synthesizing the necessary tools, capabilities, and controls for deploying and managing AI throughout organizations.

As part of its growth strategy, Wonderful intends to triple the size of its development and implementation center in Israel over the next year, aimed at bolstering local operations and advancing the company's platform development.

The operating system provided by Wonderful offers a universal management layer for AI applications within an organization. Constructed as an open platform, it does not rely on a single AI model and is built to integrate seamlessly with clients' existing technological environments.

A major contributor to Wonderful’s swift expansion is its unique deployment model. In addition to supplying the software platform, the company employs forward-deployed engineers (FDEs) to facilitate the implementation of AI applications for clients, aiding them in scaling these technologies across their operations.

This approach aligns with a wider trend in enterprise AI, as companies evolve from merely testing isolated AI applications to seeking comprehensive methods for deploying this technology across various sectors of their operations.
