Framer is a design and prototyping tool, that can be used to create logos. It's known for its ability to create interactive and animated designs, going beyond static graphics. While logos can be a part of a design project in Framer, it is not a dedicated logo maker. Its strength lies in creating interactive prototypes for websites and apps, which might include logo design as part of a larger interface. Framer allows for high-fidelity designs and realistic interactions.
